Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It's short because we collect very little.
Who we are
This site is operated by The Unspoken Method, , , , a one-person operation based in the Slovak Republic. You can reach us at for anything in this policy — it goes to a person, not a ticket queue.
What we collect
- When you submit a form — your name, email address, and whatever else that particular form asks for (business name, phone number, call volume, or where you are in your build). You choose what to type.
- When you buy something — the purchase happens on Gumroad, not here. They collect your payment details; we never see or store your card number. We receive your email address and what you bought.
- Basic technical data — our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). This is ordinary web hosting, not tracking.
What we don't collect
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics of any kind on this site. We don't buy data about you, we don't build a profile on you, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone. Ever.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, doesn't follow you between sites, and doesn't build a profile — we can see that a page was viewed, not who viewed it. Beyond that there are no advertising trackers on this site. We don't buy data about you and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone. Ever.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you — that's the entire purpose of the contact forms.
- To deliver something you asked for, such as the free starter kit or a product you bought.
- To send occasional emails if you asked for them. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe, and using it takes effect immediately.
Who else sees it
Four companies, named, and only the part each one needs:
- Netlify — hosts this site and stores your form submission, then emails us a copy. Their server logs record your IP address, as any web host's do.
- Gumroad — handles every purchase. They are the merchant of record, which means they are the seller on your receipt: they take the payment, collect any VAT or sales tax, and deliver the file. Card details go to them and never touch this site.
- Google — the typefaces on these pages are served by Google Fonts, so loading a page tells Google your IP address. Nothing else is shared and no cookie is set by us.
- Gmail — the inbox we reply from.
Each is bound by its own privacy terms. Beyond these four, we share your data with nobody — unless we're legally required to, which has not happened.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and email records stay until you ask us to delete them, or until they stop being useful — whichever comes first. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email and we'll do it — no forms, no friction, no attempt to talk you out of it. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all — not for advertising, not for analytics, not for anything. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Children
This site isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than slipped in quietly.
