Digital products are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record: your payment, your receipt and any sales tax or VAT are handled by them, and their details appear on your receipt.
Earnings disclaimer — read this one properly
We do not guarantee that you will earn any money. Not a specific amount, not any amount at all.
The materials on this site describe a business model and how to execute it. Any figures shown — prices, margins, revenue projections, "what ten clients looks like" — are illustrative examples used to explain the maths. They are not a promise, a forecast, or a typical result.
What you actually earn depends on things entirely outside our control: your effort and consistency, your market, your niche, your pricing, your ability to sell, how much time you put in, the economy, and plain luck. Most people who buy business material never take meaningful action, and those people earn nothing. That is the honest and well-documented reality of this category, and we'd rather say it here than let you find out later.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. If you need that, hire someone qualified in your country.
Digital products
- Products are delivered digitally, usually immediately after purchase.
- They're licensed to you, for your own business, for as long as you like.
- You may use every template and script with your own clients — that's what they're for.
- You may not resell them, republish them, share your download, or repackage them as your own product.
Digital products are final
Digital products are delivered immediately and in full. By completing a purchase you ask for that immediate access and accept that all sales are final.
Every product on this site has its price, its contents, and its requirements written on the page before you buy, so you can decide with the facts in front of you rather than afterwards. Where a purchase is processed by a third-party store, that store's own policies also apply and we do not override them.
Membership
- Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time, from inside the platform.
- Cancelling stops the next payment; access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Part-months are not returned, and there is no annual lock-in.
- We may remove anyone who is abusive to other members, spams the community, or shares paid material outside it.
Done-for-you services
Agency work is governed by the separate written agreement you sign before work starts, not by this page. Where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
Third-party tools
The materials reference third-party services (telephony, AI model providers, calendars, payment processors). We don't control them. Their pricing, availability, terms, and behaviour can change at any time, and their costs are yours to pay, separately from anything you buy here.
Liability
Everything here is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us in the preceding 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profit, lost business, or lost data.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or its materials to break the law, to mislead people, or to send unsolicited bulk messaging that breaches anti-spam rules in your country or your recipient's. If you use the outreach scripts, follow the rules that apply where you are — CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, or whatever is local to you. That responsibility is yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
